We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive – Logistics & Production to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner, with a portfolio of 17 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics and production requirements for entertainment events, concerts, performances, and partnership-related activations. The role will oversee the end-to-end coordination of artist and entertainer requirements, including production riders, travel arrangements, visa processing, accommodation, transportation, venue readiness, and operational support to ensure seamless event execution.
Educational & Professional Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in Event Management, Production Management, Hospitality, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in event operations, logistics coordination, production management, hospitality operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with entertainment events, concerts, festivals, productions, or large-scale events will be a distinct advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of event logistics, production coordination, and operational planning.
• Experience managing travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, transportation, and visa-related processes.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate production riders and technical requirements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise effectively with artists, agents, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation and coordination capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event requirements.
