Executive, Logistics & Industrial Sales and Leasing

About the role

Market Research & Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyse logistics and industrial market data from various sources, including industry reports, market publications, and on-the-ground intelligence.

• Monitor market trends, rental movements, supply pipeline, and transaction activity to identify potential business opportunities.

• Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of occupiers, landlords, and available industrial assets.

• Ensure data accuracy and optimise the use of CRM systems to support business development and client management.

Marketing & Content Development:

• Support the development of marketing materials, including property listings, pitch decks and / or proposals, and video and digital content for logistics and industrial assets.

• Work closely with senior brokers to prepare client presentations, marketing campaigns, and tailored leasing/sales strategies.

• Collaborate across departments to develop integrated solutions and cross-sell services to clients.

• Align market research insights with brokerage activities to produce relevant and targeted client materials.

Sales, Leasing & Business Development:

• Assist senior brokers in managing the full sales and leasing cycle, from enquiry handling and site inspections to negotiation and deal completion.

• Proactively source and develop new business leads through market outreach, networking, cold calling, and industry events.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, landlords, developers, and investors within the logistics and industrial sector.

• Provide professional advisory services and deliver high-quality after-sales support to clients.

• Support the team in achieving and exceeding revenue and transaction targets.
