MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Responsible for day-to-day activity in CDC Transport Desk:

• Co-ordination with outbound team for day-to-day dispatches (ST + Direct)

• Co-ordination with Sales team for day-to-day Direct distributors dispatches

• Co-ordination with Sales channel team for Channel wise direct dispatches (Hyper, B2B)

• Making daily vehicle plan for CDC cluster

• Co-ordination with transporter for day-to-day vehicle requirement for dispatches as per plan.

• Ensure smooth dispatches against stock transfer, direct sales, and channel wise with co-ordination of outbound team.

• Co-ordination with transporter for vehicle tracking

• Co-ordination with transporter for POD

• Maintain POD tracker with the help of sub-ordinates.

• Maintain transport service level matrix.

Special Projects Execution:

Value Added Services (VAS):

• Coordinate between Senior and Sub-ordinates for vehicle utilization.

Any other assignments and responsibility trusted by Management from time to time

3. Job Experience & Requirements

Education

University Graduate in any Faculty

Experience Requirements

• 5-6 years working experience in SCM.

• Strong communication skills

• Good in planning and execution
