Job Description

The role is responsible for overseeing and managing various logistics functions, including warehouse operations, distribution, and transportation management. The role ensures efficient supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Executive will collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve order fulfilment. This position plays a critical role in improving supply chain visibility, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting sustainability initiatives within the logistics framework.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities
• Oversee the efficient operation of transportation and fleet management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Implement logistics strategies to support supply chain optimization and reduce logistics costs
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless material handling and inventory replenishment
• Monitor order fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
• Ensure compliance with serialization activities and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products
• Develop and manage cold chain logistics processes for temperature-sensitive goods
• Contribute to reverse logistics and returns management strategies to streamline operations
• Utilize digital logistics and automation tools to enhance logistics efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain visibility and improve collaboration
• Assist in managing freight and logistics contracts, ensuring cost optimization and service quality
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing improvements

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) BA - Required

• Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred

Experience:

• 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
