Job Description

1. The Executive - Liability Operations is responsible for processing individual and non-individual account opening and servicing requests, ensuring compliance with KYC/CKYC requirements, data accuracy, and adherence to operational controls.
2. The role supports account onboarding and servicing activities with a focus on accuracy, process efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT) adherence.

1. Responsible for onboarding and maintenance of individual customer accounts.
2. Accurate data entry of non-individual accounts into the Core Banking System.
3. Error-free processing of account opening forms and customer service requests in line with regulatory and internal process guidelines.
4. Ensure compliance with KYC/CKYC norms and enrichment of customer data.
5. Adherence to turnaround time (TAT) requirements while continuously identifying areas for process improvement.
6. Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
7. Ensure all deliverables are tracked and completed within stipulated timelines.
8. Handle large volumes of data with precision to maintain accuracy and integrity.
9. Participate in data clean-up exercises to improve quality and reliability of customer records.
10. Monitor and track deliverables to ensure smooth functioning of liability operations.
11. Contribute to efficiency improvements and error reduction initiatives.
    

Experience: 1 - 5 Years in related functions

Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
