Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the leasing process, from identifying potential tenants to negotiating lease terms and finalising agreements.

  • Support the team to achieve higher than projected occupancy rate and maximize rental income through effective leasing strategies, lease management and arrears management.
  • Maintain proper lease administration and ensure timely approvals of memo/documentation.
  • Liaise closely with tenants on their fit-out works to ensure that they comply with the fit-out guidelines.
  • Maintain good tenant relationships through regular communications and prompt response to tenants’ needs.
  • Prepare budget and monthly management reports, sales analysis of tenants’ performance.
  • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Key Qualification

  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, team-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good at problem solving and managing tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with RES Licence will have added advantage.
