Position: Executive – Learning & Development
Timings: 2pm-10pm (PST)
Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full Time
Purpose:
Support the Learning & Development function by assisting in the execution of training
programs, LMS operations, and employee development initiatives. The role focuses on
delivering smooth learning experiences, coordinating training activities, and contributing to
organizational capability building and culture development.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Support
â Assist in the execution of training programs (soft skills, technical, and behavioral).
â Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions.
â Support Training Needs Assessment (TNA) activities by gathering and organizing employee and business
data.
â Help in maintaining structured learning calendars and training schedules.
Learning Management System (LMS) Operations
â Support day-to-day LMS operations including course uploads, enrollments, and user management.
â Assist in tracking learning completion, attendance, and certifications.
â Generate basic LMS reports and learning activity summaries.
â Ensure smooth execution of learning workflows (nominations, approvals, reminders).
Content & Training Coordination
â Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and learning aids.
â Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and vendors for training delivery.
â Support content updates based on feedback and business requirements.
â Help ensure training content is aligned with organizational standards.
Employee Engagement & Learning Experience
â Assist in organizing employee engagement and development initiatives.
â Support feedback collection from training sessions and learning programs.
â Help maintain training records and learning documentation.
â Contribute to improving learner experience and participation.
Qualifications (Must Have):
â 1+ year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Training Coordination, or related field.
â Basic understanding of training coordination and employee development processes.
â Familiarity with LMS platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
â Strong communication and organizational skills.
â Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualifications (Preferred):
â Exposure to training facilitation or content preparation.
â Basic understanding of employee engagement or HR operations.
â Interest in organizational development and learning systems.
