In this role, you will work closely with auditors, data specialists, and other stakeholders to develop, deploy, and support data-driven solutions. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in data analytics, technology, and problem-solving who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting an Executive to join our KRC team and support audit engagement teams across the Netherlands in the use of Data & Analytics (D&A). In this team, your responsibilities will include:

• Data acquisition and transformation; utilize a range of technologies and data capabilities such as Alteryx, SQL, Databricks and Power BI
• Expected to work on internal tool to derive insights out of raw data obtained from different ERP systems
• Should be able to debug, analyze the results and guide the junior team members
• Work with audit engagement teams to scope D&A projects, proactively analyze and resolve issues, review analytic results and deliver innovative solutions that enhance audit planning and execution. Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting data driven audit

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelors or Diploma or Master in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or other IT-related degree;
• Ideal candidate will also have coursework or experience in the Accounting and/or Finance industry
• Experience working using SQL in their past client experience
• Basic understanding and hands on experience of Alteryx
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate priorities/ manage expectations
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing diverse responsibilities from day to day administrative and operational work to project and deadline driven tasks
• Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills - you are proactive and always bring new ideas and ways of working forward
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies such as Power BI, Databricks, and Python would be an added advantage
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
