• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
• Resolving software and hardware issues
• Troubleshooting computer problems
• Monitoring email usage and changing passwords
• Manage IT budgets, including vendor negotiations
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• 1 year of experience in IT Administration

Other Requirements:

• A genuine passion for IT administration
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, but get things done before deadline

Additional Information

Job Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Office Days and Times:

The office is open from Sunday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm). Saturdays of every month will be considered as on demand working days.
