Job Description

Role Purpose

Manage and strategies Control & Instrument (C&I) Maintenance performance, maximizing yield, preservation, and enhancement of overall asset performance through the optimization of cost and resources as well as in compliance to HSE, quality and statutory requirement, and adhere to standard maintenance procedure and key performance standards to ensure customers’ comfort and satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Develop, leading, organizing and controlling all Control and Instrument maintenance program compliance to best engineering practice and regulatory requirements ensuring plant equipment reliability, operate in high performance and achieve plant goal
  2. Proposed and monitor annual maintenance budget utilization for effective cost management for C&I section. Manage all maintenance planning and activities executed within budget, timeline and specifications in accordance with the established procedures and work instructions
  3. Guide and monitor technicians in maintenance activities ensuring works are perform as per plan.
  4. Manage and monitor C&I spares and support equipment, and maintenance component.
  5. Identify specific areas where enhancement is suitable feasible. Execute the program either by internal resources or outsourced partners.
  6. Develop leadership, engagement, motivation, supervision and coaching to technicians towards a highly engaged culture where organizational objectives and KPIs are met. Assign and delegates responsibility and authority to subordinates to support their objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    Degree in Electrical/Control/Communication System Engineering field
  • Experience:
    i. Minimum 7 years’ experience in various positions related to plant operations and maintenance, planning and management in power generation, petrochemical, chemical, process or oil and gas industry.
    ii. Experience with Control & Instrument system ie. DCS, SCADA, PLC, RTU, Networking, Computing System, Server-Client, Wireless Infrastructure, ELV office system.
  • Technical/ Functional Skills:
    i. Asset management
    ii. Large facility operation and maintenance
    iii. Project Management and Control
    iv. CMMS
    v. Process engineering and technology, multi discipline engineering eg Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
    vi. Techno commercial, cost estimating and contracting strategy
    vii. Negotiation skills
