We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Attend to routine and/or project-based assignments as allocated, related to talent acquisition and talent administration, and maintain personal records both manually and electronically in order to contribute to the overall Human Resource services of the organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews for executives & below, the subsequent recruitment activities and ensure availability of all facilities / system access at the time of recruitment attend to all staff related correspondence.
Actively participate in KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity.
Communicate system errors / bugs to the respective technical support team and update the users accordingly.
Follow -up on performance appraisals, issue relevant letters, maintain the currency of the job descriptions, conduct exit interviews and update feedback.
Execute staff welfare measures by negotiating with vendors for best terms, ensuring continuous improvement and be part of organizing the annual staff events & budgeting process.
Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval.
