S&T is a leading interior decoration company in the Middle East specializing in high quality interior decoration works. With over 33 years of experience in the field of Interior Decoration, Joinery & Furniture manufacturing, the company undertakes turn-key interior contracts for Palaces, High-end Villas, Hotels and Commercial establishments. The business activities of the company are spread over the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Sri Lankan with the head office and main manufacturing facilities located in Muscat, Oman.

EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation reviews, contract extensions, and exit management)
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS systems for the sector
  • Deliver HR services including employee letters, HRIS support, insurance queries, etc.
  • Prepare HR analytics and HR reports to support decision-making
  • Support compensation & benefits administration (payroll, insurance, and other fringe benefits)
  • Support reward and recognitions administration
  • Assist in HR digitalization projects and system improvements

Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR systems role
  • Tech-savvy with strong numerical and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to HR digital tools will be an added advantage
