Executive- Human Resources
Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Executive- Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Interviewing and selecting suitable manual grade workers at the appropriate time, with appropriate traits to ensure that standard cadre is fulfilled to aid the smooth flow of the production
- Improve employee motivation by initiating & coordinating employee engagement programs thereby ensuring the retention of competent staff at DPL.
- Facilitate harmonious relations with external stakeholders of the factory by organizing and coordinating social responsibility activities thereby improving the company’s image as a good citizen
- Ensure all HR relented compliance including customer audits by ensuring that policies are updated as per the standards
- Actively facilitate employee induction programmes thereby enabling the continual improvement of performance of the employees
- Maintain IR relationships and conduct disciplinary inquires and grievance handling of factory staff
- Manage labour turnover & absenteeism to develop performance driven culture
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Person’s Profile
A degree preferably relating to Business Management or Human Resources Management / Professional Qualification related to Human Resources Management from a recognized University
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment
Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English and Sinhala
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong results orientation
Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite
