The Executive Housekeeping Manager will oversee all housekeeping operations within our prestigious hospitality establishment in Melbourne CBD. • Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.
