  • Manage housekeeping budgets, linen inventories, guest amenities, cleaning equipment, chemicals, and other operational supplies.
  • Monitor laundry operations, linen usage, stock levels, and turnover to improve operational efficiency and control costs without compromising service quality.
  • Establish a strong culture of accountability, discipline, cleanliness, and operational excellence across the housekeeping function.
  • Respond proactively to guest complaints and operational issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring problems.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including at least 2–3 years at Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager level within a 4-star or 5-star luxury resort, boutique hotel, or multi-property environment.
  • Proven experience managing large housekeeping teams of approximately 100–200+ employees and overseeing operations across multiple properties.
