We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeping professional to join the team at Novotel Sydney International Airport.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident, people-focused, organised and ready to make a real impact in a busy hotel environment.

This isn’t a “sit in the office and hope everything runs smoothly” kind of job.

You’ll lead the housekeeping team, work closely with hotel leadership and other departments, solve problems, improve performance and make sure our guests experience rooms and public areas that are clean, comfortable and maintained to a high standard.

A BUSY HOTEL ENVIRONMENT

Working at Novotel Sydney International Airport means being part of a dynamic hotel environment where attention to detail, efficiency and teamwork are essential.

You’ll need to be comfortable managing changing priorities and ensuring the housekeeping operation continues to perform at its best.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the housekeeping operation runs smoothly and consistently.

That means:

• Leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
• Setting daily priorities and keeping everyone on track.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
• Monitoring KPIs, productivity and guest feedback.
• Managing stock, supplies and equipment.
• Working closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments.
• Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Handling guest concerns when required.
• Identifying smarter and more efficient ways of working.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Keeping the team accountable while creating a positive workplace.
• Stepping in when things get busy and showing the team how it’s done.
