37.5A distinguished executive and their family are seeking an exceptional, discreet, and highly organized Executive Housekeeper to maintain their primary residence to the highest standards. This role requires an individual who takes pride in creating an immaculate, welcoming, and well-managed home environment while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and respect for the privacy and unique needs of a high-profile household.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the daily upkeep, deep cleaning, organization, laundry, and household presentation of the residence. This position also supports preparation of the home for high-level University events and gatherings, ensuring the residence is consistently guest-ready and presented at the highest standard for hosting, hospitality, and institutional engagement.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains all areas of the residence in pristine condition, including daily upkeep, deep cleaning, organization, and overall household presentation. Manages laundry and wardrobe care for the family, including care of delicate fabrics and coordination of dry cleaning as needed. Maintains household supplies and inventories, including cleaning products, linens, guest supplies, and other household essentials; monitors stock levels and communicates replenishment needs in a timely manner.
  • Prepares the main floor and other designated areas of the residence for personal and professional events, ensuring spaces are immaculate, properly configured, and guest-ready. Assists with event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement, table settings, and other household preparations.
  • Assists with logistics for home repairs and maintenance projects in coordination with the Executive Services Coordinator. Provides access to vendors and contractors, documents and relays maintenance issues, and serves as an on-site point of contact to help ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to household routines.
  • Anticipates household needs and proactively addresses matters related to cleanliness, organization, supplies, and overall household readiness before they become issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range

$21.17 - $32.85 / HourlyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
