Executive - Helpdesk

About the Role:

• Coordinating FM services for interviews, meetings and common areas
• To attend day to day calls received from internal customers at the help desk for resolving issues, queries, stationery requirements, cafeteria booking & any additional requirement of employees.
• To assist FM in organizing VIP visits and important client meetings as instructed
• To promptly notify desk/FM about issue observed if any
• Coordination with various teams during town halls & other events.

About You:

• Need to be graduated with a minimum of 02 years of experience in same profile
• Very good communication in English
• High standard of grooming
• Able to work in shifts
