Position Title: Guest Relation Executive Reports To : Property Manager Location : VR Nagpur Role Description: Co-ordinating and Support Role towards efficient and accurate manner Key Responsibilities • Provide first level contact and convey queries to the respective for resolutions • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level for support • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources • Update customer data and produce activity reports • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services Qualifications & Key Traits • Bachelor Degree with proven experience as Guest Relation Executive or equivalent position • Min experience 3 Yrs. • Proven working experience in client support process • Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
