Role Purpose

Responsible for handling the decline review cases assigned, contributing to an increase in application approval rate for new accounts.

Role Accountability

  1. Conduct timely review & restart of eligible declined apps on a daily basis to ensure accounts contribution target is met
  2. Understand applicable credit/risk policies and regulatory guidelines to review the applications for any possible deviations
  3. Conduct process reviews and suggest improvement areas, leading to process improvements
  4. Liaison with various departments to ensure application curing within TAT
  5. Conduct review of GC Q Cases on a regular basis & take decisions as per guidelines
  6. Perform re-review of re-declined apps to ensure higher throughput
  7. Ensure Quality Metrics are met as defined by business for declined application reviews
  8. Ensure timely review & resolution of sales queries
  9. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success

  1. Process accuracy %
  2. Productivity targets as per SLA (application throughput rate, application review TAT, GC Q Decisioning TAT, query response TAT)
  3. Process adherence as per MOU
