DNK-Randers, Danish Crown Vej

Executive Governance Manager

Do you want to play a pivotal role in enabling high quality executive decision-making — and ensure that our top leadership operates on a foundation of clarity, alignment, and excellence? We are looking for an Executive Governance Manager to take a central role in preparing board- and executive-level material, coordinating governance processes, and supporting the decision forums that shape the future of our organisation.

You will become a central part of the Strategy and Transformation Office who acts as experts on various strategic projects as well as Danish Crowns overall future strategy. The team advises, consults, and supports the executive board and the management of the company's business units. You will join a strong professional environment characterized by ambitious goals, high standards, and a commitment to excellence.

As Executive Governance Manager, you will become an integral part of the Executive Governance team, working closely with our executive management, board secretary, and key senior stakeholders across the business. You will serve as project manager for representation-, chairmanship and board-related tasks, ensuring smooth, timely, and high quality preparation for critical decision processes.

You will work in close corporations with your colleagues, who drive the overall governance processes, and you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality presentation materials in the right structure, with consistency, and board level communication.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of precision, high pace, complexity, and quality. We believe, this truly is a dream role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and quality-assure materials for board meetings, chair meetings, and executive leadership forums.
  • Co-drive structured governance preparation processes across the organisation.
  • Act as project manager for representation and board-related activities, ensuring clarity in timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, ensuring coherence, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Develop high-quality presentations (primarily PowerPoint) and consolidate complex input into concise and decision-ready material.
  • Support the collaboration between executive management and the secretariat.
  • Challenge and identify inconsistencies in materials and processes — without driving the processes themselves.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes, workflows, and quality standards.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Bring experience working closely with executive management or board-level decision forums.
  • Are highly structured, persistent, and exceptionally detail-oriented — with a natural instinct for spotting inconsistencies.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and convincingly in writing; excellent written communication is essential in both Danish and English.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and an eye for visual structure, clarity, and narrative flow.
  • Are an experienced coordinator who can manage many stakeholders and moving parts at once.
  • Possess high business understanding and can quickly decode complex content.
  • Enjoy working independently in a role where precision and reliability are critical.
  • Stay calm and effective during periods with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Are motivated by supporting leadership at the highest level — and take pride in enabling great decisions.

What We Offer

This is a role where you can truly make an impact — combining coordination, stakeholder management, analytical insight, and high-level communication in a setting that values professionalism, precision, and collaboration.

We offer a highly visible and business critical role where your work directly supports top leadership and shapes the foundation for executive decision making.
