Job Description

The FTS Analyst is responsible for managing customer claims related to Failure to Supply (FTS) incidents, ensuring accurate validation, processing of credit memos, and timely resolution of disputes. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with contracts, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Validate Debit Memos from customers related to FTS claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2 - Calculate tentative FTS amounts prior to receiving Debit Memos from customers.

3 - Raise disputes for rejected amounts with customers and ensure resolution.

4 - Process approved Credit Memos in SAP and ensure timely adjustments in AR ledgers.

5 - Create and maintain Gross to Net Provisions for FTS in financial reports.

6 - Verify the timely delivery of products and identify backorder issues.

7 - Validate the pricing and terms of FTS claims to ensure alignment with agreements.

8 - Resolve internal and external queries related to FTS within defined turnaround times.

9 - Provide data and documentation for internal/external audits and compliance reviews.

10 - Collaborate with the supply chain and customer service team to reduce FTS incidents through process improvements.

Work Experience

Requirements:

1 - 5-10 years in Gross to Net Profile, Accounts Receivable or related financial roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

2 - Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Skills:

Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
