Executive – Fleet Administration

Job location - Colombo

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, delivery KPIs, and align transport schedules with customer needs.

  • Oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and fully documented.

  • Arrange breakdown assistance, recovery operations, and control costs through fuel efficiency measures.

  • Optimize routes, minimize idle time, and enforce driver safety and transport policies.

  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with traffic, labor, and environmental regulations.

  • Prepare and submit periodic transport performance and monthly fleet analysis reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 passes at GCE A/L

  • Strong knowledge of transport operations, route planning, and basic vehicle maintenance.

  • Computer literacy in MS Office, fleet management software, or GPS tracking.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.

  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
