Executive - Finished Goods Warehouse

(Based at Linea Clothing-Pallekale)

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the warehouse team as a Executive - Finished Goods Warehouse. This role will enable you to Be proactive and take operational lead by diligently following through an executing set duty in a timely and accurate manner to ensure monitoring and controlling processes of the inflow &
outflow of Finished Goods is achieved in adherence to the set standards thereby support the manufacturing unit and division achieve set business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in the current capacity, incumbent is required to ensure adherence and work cohesively with all those in the eco system to support the manufacturing facility achieve its set objectives within the stipulated timeframe and parameters.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management in FG stores by maintaining stock accuracy through 100% on-time system postings and ensuring 100% accuracy in warehouse bin location management.
• Diligently follow through and ensure adhere to
  organizational standards and warehouse processes & procedures such as STW, SOPs to support the achievement of business objectives in an efficient manner.
• Adhere to the LSW in order to ensure smooth flow of work and achievement of set, daily KPI’s
• Be proactive and ensure daily start up meetings are held to enable problem solving and rectification of issues identified.
• Develop a weekly schedule to ensure that the Finished Goods Warehouse processes are planned for the week.
• Ensure daily follow ups with production pertaining to daily shipment completions and demonstrate ability to identify & highlight any deviations to the management to reduce noise and support seamless flow within the manufacturing facility.
• Monitor shipment preparation by attending to transportation necessities and liaising with relevant parties to ensure high quality goods are delivered in a timely and accurate manner and are in adherence to set business and customer standards.
• Reduce FG-related stocks by proactively communicating early completed orders to the planning and business teams for shipment approval, and by coordinating with relevant parties to clear remaining FG stocks from the system upon order completion.

• Ensure all aspects of the Finished Goods Warehouse align with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical science, Business Management or Logistics and Supply chain
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Accuracy to detail
• Good follow up skills
• Collaboration and teamwork
