Executive - Finished Goods Warehouse

(Based in Embilipitiya)

Join MAS and embrace the opportunity to shape the future! We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to co-ordinate with internal, external parties and follow-up and ensure on-time delivery of goods to Customers whilst, adhering to all required standards, procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Plant Shipping report, base on the weekly pre-production report sent by the Business Division and communicate same with the Production teams.

• Prepare final packing list in an accurate and timely manner whilst, forwarding same to relevant persons.

• Coordinate with Production and provide feedback on shipment, ratio balances to maximize the shippable quantity whilst, checking on the delivery schedule, arranging transport requirements and liaising with the Commercial team to ensure on-time delivery.

• Ensure to update all shipping and Customer reports such as the Shipment Update report in a timely and accurate manner thereby, facilitating the decision-making process.

• Ensure 100% stock accuracy at all times whilst, adhering to the daily input for FG (Finished Goods) in order to maintain efficient stock records.

• Ensure the BPU procedures are strictly adhered to with regard to seconds and over-runs and such garments are disposed in a timely manner whilst, maintaining accurate records for same.

• Follow-up on shipments from the time the garments are packed-out from the end-line process until the receipt of the Original Receipt (OR) confirmation.

• Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor performance, provide feedback whilst, taking steps to develop the skill levels of team members.

• Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and warehouse processes such as SOPs, Compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all areas, activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Textile Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the same capacity.

• An outstanding team player with excellent communication skills.
• IT literacy.
