Job Description

We are hiring an Executive - Finance Operations (Inventory) for one of our clients, a prominent sourcing and processing company in the spices, coconuts, and fruits & vegetables sector. Known for its focus on quality, the company supplies top-grade products to customers around the globe.

Requirements

• Minimum of 01 year experience in inventory management.
• Currently pursuing or completed a recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in inventory management software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely updates on inventory status on a daily basis.
• Manage overall inventory, ensuring stocks are accounted for and properly documented.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory tracking systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory reports are up-to-date and easily accessible for management review.
• Assist in the development and execution of inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency
