Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Do routine daily accounting system auto-generated report management work (Including getting report set, manage for miss cutoff time issue, putting daily TB to shared folder for other BUs, keep track and escalate for issues (if any)

• Follow up for Accounting record related issues in progress of investigation, testing and post deployment control

• Reconcile and extract/upload reports from/to Bigdata Platform for use

• Support in testing for any system change, new product testing, new configuration.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Banking/Auditing)

• 1-2 years of experience of relevant accounting background in established bank / financial institutions

• Hands-on experience or basis knowledge about data related language (SQL/R/Python..)

Technical/Functional skills

• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.

• Principal knowledge of accounting, tax (VAS, IFRS) and banking business

• Leverages regulatory, political and business contacts to shape/influence the business and regulatory environment in accounting book

• Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in executing accounting function

• Hands-on experience or basis knowledge about data related language (SQL/R/Python..)

• Good time management skill

• Able to work independently and highly meticulous

• Critical thinker and able to present ideas well

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Good numeracy and strong analytical skills
