Job Description

  • Oracle Fusion & Kyriba Support:
    • Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials Cash Management module and Kyriba Treasury modules. 
    • Monitor daily payment processing, bank statement imports, and treasury operations. 
    • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues or escalate them to senior team members or vendors when required. 
    • Support payment processing, cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and bank connectivity activities. 
    • Assist in monitoring scheduled jobs, interfaces, and integrations between Oracle Fusion, Kyriba, and banking systems. 
    • Track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
  • User Administration & Master Data
    • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and system access as per approved requests. 
    • Maintain master data including companies, bank accounts, counterparties, payment methods, and user roles. 
    • Support bank account onboarding and configuration activities. 
    • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established governance standards.
