Executive - Facility

• Facility Operations & Maintenance Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Vendor & Contract Management Act as the primary contact for third-party service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring services meet company standards
• Budgeting & Cost Control Develop operating and capital budgets, manage expenses, and seek ways to reduce energy costs and improve efficiency
• Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and develop policies to minimize hazards
• Administrative Support Manage inventory of office supplies, handle building access cards, and manage helpdesk operations
