Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Presentation (Primary Focus)
- Program Onboarding: Actively source, engage, and onboard target demographics, schools, and educational institutions into dedicated community programs.
- Facilitation & Hosting: Confidently facilitate, host, or assist in running sessions, interactive workshops, and presentations within school or corporate settings.
- Audience Engagement: Drive participation and maintain enthusiasm across community touchpoints, ensuring programs meet their social engagement objectives.
Account Management & Client Liaison
- Day-to-Day Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for corporate clients, managing routine project updates and ensuring deliverables align with expectations.
- Approval Support: Track and manage the pipeline for internal and external approvals, ensuring project assets and compliance documents are systematically signed off.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive, professional relationships with corporate clients and key community partners to support high retention and program success.
On-Ground Operations & Supplier Coordination
- Site Inspections: Conduct and assist with venue sourcing and participate in onsite inspections for roadshows and community activations to review crowd flow and layout feasibility.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with external vendors, production houses, and event suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Logistics & Merchandise: Coordinate the inventory, quality assurance, and distribution of promotional giveaways and branded corporate merchandise.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in maintaining project financial records, monitoring day-to-day expenses to prevent variances.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Creative Briefing: Work with internal teams to communicate project needs, helping translate client objectives into actionable briefs for creative and digital teams.
- Status Reporting: Utilize MS PowerPoint to prepare project status updates, operational timelines, and post-event summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Tracking: Use MS Excel to manage project databases, track basic performance metrics, and log community feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in agency account coordination, event operations, community management, or experiential marketing.
- Communication: Exceptional corporate communication and presentation skills, with genuine comfort speaking in front of groups (ranging from school children to corporate clients).
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Excel (data tracking, basic budgeting) and MS PowerPoint (creating clean, professional presentations).
- Visa & Insurance: Must hold a valid self-sponsored, family-sponsored, or freelance UAE residence visa and medical insurance.
- Mobility: Possess a valid UAE driving license and own a reliable vehicle, with total flexibility to commute frequently between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Commitment: Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak operational and event seasons.
Desirable
- Community & CSR Experience: Prior involvement in managing school programs, youth activations, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns.
- Regional Experience: Familiarity with the UAE event landscape, public sector frameworks, or community networks.
- Event Tech Interest: Basic familiarity with or curiosity about interactive installations, digital engagement tools, or emerging event technologies.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
