We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Estate Manager to oversee the personal needs and activities of a prominent individual/executive and their family. This family currently lives in the Nashville/Franklin, TN area.
The Executive Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the daily operations, logistics, staffing, scheduling, and support functions for a high-profile executive family and multiple private properties. This role requires exceptional leadership, discretion, emotional intelligence, operational awareness, and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
This is not a traditional 8–5 role. The ideal candidate thrives in high-expectation environments, possesses executive-level communication skills, demonstrates extreme attention to detail, and operates with a hospitality-first mindset. The role requires a proactive leader who can anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain operational excellence across all areas of responsibility.
Experience in luxury hospitality, executive support, estate management, private family office operations, or high-level household management is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary operational leader for all private estate and household functions, ensuring seamless execution across residences, travel, staffing, scheduling, vendors, events, and family support operations
• Maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and trust while supporting a high-profile executive family environment
• Oversee and lead household staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers while creating a culture of accountability, communication, excellence, and hospitality
• Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, logistics, travel coordination, family schedules, appointments, and estate operations with exceptional attention to detail and urgency
• Operate as a strategic problem solver capable of anticipating needs, preventing issues before they arise, and executing solutions with minimal oversight
• Coordinate and oversee multiple properties, projects, and estate-related operations simultaneously while maintaining organization, follow-through, and operational consistency
• Serve as a central communication hub between household staff, executive support personnel, vendors, medical professionals, schools, transportation providers, security teams, concierge teams, and external partners
• Ensure all estate operations, staffing matters, travel logistics, household systems, and personal support functions are executed at an elite level with a hospitality-first mindset
• Maintain flexibility and responsiveness in an environment that may require after-hours communication, schedule changes, emergency response coordination, and travel support
• Protect the privacy, safety, reputation, and operational integrity of the family and estate at all times

Office hours in the home: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm
• Location: Nashville/Franklin, TN area
• Flexible with working nights and weekends, depending on the family needs
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours communication when necessary
• Travel time: It is anticipated that 15-20% of the work time will be spent driving/running errands; Company car provided

Qualifications
• Executive/Personal Assistant: 5+ years
• Family & Estate Management: 5+ years
• Household Management: 5+ years, preferably in a high-profile household or executive household setting
• Experience working with C-suite executives, Business owners, VIPs, UHNW individuals: 5+ years
