About the position:

We're looking to hire an Executive - E Commerce, who will be helping to manage and ensure the achievement of annual targets in terms of no. of orders, revenue, and operating expenses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of CRM tools & technical skills.
• Retail or e-commerce sales experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Marketing and Sales, with a minimum of 01 years in a similar role.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Result-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes. Strong communication skills.
