Executive ‐ Dye House

Based at Linea Intimo Biyagama

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily Fabric good plan accordingly and share the necessary status with stake holders to assist in the relevant decision-making process.
• Coordinating with necessary parties to ensure the fabric flow is available to sewing module continuously .
• Support daily operation of the fabric stores area and make sure standards are followed.
• Overall responsibility to train and develop the Skill of dye house team members in operation areas.
• Overlook the heat setting machine operations to ensure the smooth bulk operations with zero down time for dye machines.
• Handle the additional operations (Tie dye / boarding/ yarn cutting/ ironing).
• Coordinate with 40 sewing modules regarding the fabric flow & related daily issues.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree from a recognized university in Textile or Chemistry.
• 1‐2 years of work experience in textile manufacturing, dying or a related field.
