  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to strengthen go-to-market plans, client communications, enablement tools, and campaigns that support conversion and relationship growth
  • Lead lifecycle and relationship marketing strategies that deepen client, traveler, and advisor engagement, retention, loyalty, and advocacy
  • Define strategic narratives, positioning, and value propositions for the Travel Management and Advisory businesses, ensuring consistent brand standards across all touchpoints
  • Oversee content, email, digital, social, events, thought leadership, and partner marketing programs, ensuring a cohesive experience across channels and brands
  • Build scalable planning, operations, governance, measurement, and reporting capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness, accountability, and speed-to-market
  • Partner with Product and Technology on CRM, website, content management, and marketing technology modernization to strengthen targeting, personalization, and digital experiences
  • Establish performance frameworks and a test-and-learn agenda that translate data and client insights into actionable optimization and investment decisions
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and strong talent development
  • Provide clear executive-level recommendations, business cases, performance updates, and risk assessments to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of progressive experience in B2B, B2C, lifecycle, performance, brand, or integrated marketing
  • Demonstrated success setting marketing strategy, leading organizations, and delivering measurable business growth
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel strategies across digital, content, CRM, social, paid media, events, and relationship marketing
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment in a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, lifecycle engagement, brand positioning, customer experience, and performance measurement
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer, client, market, and performance insights into strategic decisions
  • Exceptional executive communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, loyalty, premium consumer, commercial services, or another relationship-led industry
  • Experience marketing to both business and consumer audiences across complex or multi-brand portfolios
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, audience targeting, and personalization platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager
  • Background leading brand transformation, digital modernization, customer engagement, or marketing operating model change
