Help modernize how the organization manages data and privacy risk through high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation. You will lead strategic programs that deliver new products, operating models, and governance practices that enable AI-ready data. You will partner closely with product and technology teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable execution. This role offers broad visibility, complex problem-solving, and the opportunity to influence how data is managed across the enterprise.
As a Strategic Program Director in the Chief Data Office Strategy and Execution team, you will lead enterprise transformation programs that modernize data and privacy management and governance. You will manage large, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation, including planning, requirements, delivery governance, and go-live readiness. You will partner with product and technology teams and stakeholder groups across business and corporate functions to drive outcomes aligned to the data roadmap. You will define success measures, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear executive-level reporting on progress and results.
You will operate in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment where influence, structured execution, and clear communication are essential. You will build alignment across diverse stakeholders, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, and ensure delivery teams remain focused on timelines, scope, and quality. You will also coach team members and strengthen program execution practices to improve delivery predictability and stakeholder experience.
