Executive Director Senior Personal Assistant (Grade 7)
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly skilled Executive Director Senior Personal Assistant to join the Exec Support function supporting the Adults Health & Wellbeing (AHW) Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Exec Director Senior PA, providing high‑quality, confidential support to the Executive Director for Adults Health & Wellbeing, as well as the wider Directorate Leadership Team.
In this role, you will use your initiative, forward planning and excellent judgement to manage complex diaries, coordinate high‑profile meetings, manage email and information flow, prepare briefings, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external partners. You will ensure the Directorate Leadership Team is fully supported and able to deliver priorities effectively within a fast‑paced environment.
This position is temporary until 31 March 2028 and is based at County Hall, Preston.
