We are seeking a highly commercial and execution-focused Product Relationship Manager (PRM) to drive revenue growth, retention, and client delivery across our FCM platform.
This is a management role requiring ownership of both client outcomes and internal coordination across product, operations, risk, and technology. The individual will be responsible for driving incremental revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring accountability for delivery and escalation management. The role sits at the center of the client lifecycle, owning product-led revenue expansion, ensuring seamless delivery, and serving as the primary escalation point for client-related matters.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting a clear standard for accountability, pace, and execution, while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Drive revenue growth, retention, and incremental pipeline ownership
Deliver superior client experience and lead relationship reviews
Own product delivery and execution of client requests
Support new business in partnership with origination
Act as primary escalation point for client issues
Ensure accurate client P&L and profitability discipline
7+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Deep expertise across futures, clearing, and derivatives markets
Consistent track record of revenue growth, retention, and wallet share expansion
Recognized product expertise across clearing workflows, onboarding, and delivery
Proven ability to navigate and influence complex client and internal environments
Experience building and leading high-performing, accountable teams
Strong client orientation with the ability to develop strategic, long-term relationships
Commercially driven, with a disciplined and analytical approach to decision-making
Clear leadership presence with strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
Registration for FINRA Series 3 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
