The Executive Director has an executive presence, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven motivational leadership, and a strong record of delivering results and meeting goals. The Executive Director manages daily operations, engages interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and is accountable for achieving clinical, service, and financial outcomes.
