Job Description

A large nonprofit organization is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure programs and initiatives run smoothly while supporting organizational leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the organization
• Ensure programs and events run successfully
• Engage with lay leaders and community stakeholders
• Coordinate and arrange organizational events and initiatives
• Support leadership with strategic and operational initiatives
• Help manage communications and coordination across different programs
• Ensure smooth execution of organizational activities and priorities

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations preferred
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and community stakeholders
