About this role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead one of UC Riverside's most visible and impactful auxiliary operations during a period of significant expansion. UCR Housing is projected to grow from approximately 10,000 to 14,000 on-campus residents by 2035, making the Executive Director a key strategic leader in shaping the future of residential life at the university.
Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Auxiliary Services, the Executive Director serves on the Auxiliary Services Senior Leadership Team and provides executive oversight for housing administration, occupancy management, financial planning, strategic initiatives, and daily operations. The role leads a department supporting approximately 25 career staff, 100 student employees, and four direct reports, overseeing a housing enterprise generating approximately $93 million in annual revenue
