Leads team responsible forprovidingstrategicsupportand integration acrossGlobal Benefits’ Physical, Emotional, Financial wellbeingpillarsandRisk Managementfunction,as well asenablingemployee benefit plan enrollmentactivitiesacross Comcast NBCUniversal’s domestic and international footprint.
ResponsibleforevaluatingU.S. and international benefitsprogramswiththegoalofaligning strategic principles(e.g., competitive position relative to each market/country),globalizingandharmonizing benefitapproacheswhereappropriate, streamlining operationaland annualplan management activities,andfacilitatingin-take and triaging of internationalcountry escalations
Works closely withGlobal Benefitswellbeing pillar leads, other Total Rewardsteams,HR Technology and Service Solutions,and Comcast NBCUniversal stakeholders across the enterprisetofacilitateholistic benefit strategiesand operational support.
Facilitates alignment ofU.S. and international benefit policies, programs,and practices.
Proactivelymonitorsand conducts benchmarking analyses to ensure benefit program offerings are competitive with local country practices and consistentwithoverall Global Benefits strategies
Regularlysolicitsinput from local stakeholders to developandrecommendemployeebenefitchanges
Providessupport and direction as it relates to benefits during union contract negotiations and other labor relations activities.
Assesses operational and administrative processes to drive organizational efficiencies
Establishes cadence and audit procedures to ensureappropriate oversightand management ofinternational benefitprogramofferings
Providesoversight and direction of international benefit renewal process.
Effectively liaiseswithGlobal Benefits Treasury andCaptiveleadtooptimizefinancing arrangements for international benefit program offerings
Develops multi-year forecast of international benefit offeringsto align with Long Range Planning process.
Facilitatestimelyresolution of international benefit escalations.
Directs and supervises benefit plan design and implements to developequitablebenefitsprograms in conjunction with Company policy.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular,consistentand punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s)andovertimeas necessary.
