As an Executive Director, Program Director of Organizational Strategy in the client onboarding and service organization, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that strengthen how we operate and how we deliver outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders to assess opportunities, define priorities, and drive transformation across people, processes, and locations. You will guide a high-performing team and build scalable approaches that support long-term growth and evolving client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-year organizational strategy aligned to business priorities and operating goals
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities, assess trade-offs, and drive decision-making through structured analysis
  • Shape operating model improvements by defining target-state capabilities, governance, and delivery approaches
  • Lead workforce transformation initiatives, including capability planning and role evolution, in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Develop and support location strategy assessments to improve effectiveness and resilience
  • Establish program governance, milestones, and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes across initiatives
  • Translate complex topics into clear executive-level narratives, updates, and recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and deliver sustainable change
  • Coach and develop team members through clear goals, feedback, and inclusive leadership practices
  • Identify implementation risks and support mitigation planning in collaboration with appropriate partners

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management and change management within a large-scale organization, with a focus on transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading teams and communicating with senior stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience applying structured analytical approaches to evaluate options and develop recommendations
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and business applications
  • Experience using data visualization and workflow/analytics tools such as Alteryx or Tableau
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to produce executive-level materials and in Microsoft Excel to support program analytics and reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment and building partnerships with stakeholders across functions and locations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience supporting client onboarding, client service, or operations organizations
  • Experience designing or evolving operating models at scale, leading workforce planning, location strategy, or capacity planning initiatives
  • Experience establishing enterprise governance and transformation measurement frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows, including experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-driven solutions to achieve scalable process improvements and strategic objectives
  • Experience leading teams through the adoption of AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, well-controlled execution through coaching, change adoption, and continuous improvement
