Leads all aspects of RGA's global Digital Workplace, Workforce Collaboration Services, Workstation Engineering, and Everyday AI functions. Oversees teams responsible for Email & Messaging, Workforce Collaboration Services, End User Computing, Corporate Mobility, Collaboration Platforms, Digital Employee Experience, and AI-powered workplace services. Establishes strategic direction, operating models, organizational capabilities, and performance metrics that enable a modern, intelligent, and experience-driven workplace. Drives enterprise productivity, collaboration, workforce engagement, and AI adoption through integrated digital workplace experiences. Participates in the development of policies, standards, governance, controls, and best practices while supporting IT business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic investment decisions.

Principal Duties

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and operating model for RGA's Digital Workplace and Everyday AI capabilities, aligned to enterprise business objectives and digital transformation priorities.

  • Lead multiple large-scale digital workplace, employee experience, workplace engineering, collaboration, and AI initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes through innovation, automation, and service excellence.

  • Perform supervisory responsibilities including hiring, coaching, mentoring, developing, evaluating, and retaining high-performing technical and product-focused teams.

  • Establish and drive enterprise strategies for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot, collaboration platforms, communications services, meeting room technologies, and workplace productivity solutions.

  • Lead adoption and optimization of Everyday AI technologies, including Copilot, virtual agents, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered workplace experiences to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Champion Employee Experience (EX) as a strategic business differentiator through Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), digital experience analytics, workforce sentiment measurement, and experience-led service delivery.

  • Demonstrate leadership in workplace technology architecture by evaluating emerging technologies, publishing strategic technology direction, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and future business needs.

  • Establish strategic and long-range goals for Digital Workplace, Workforce Collaboration Services, End User Computing, Corporate Mobility, and Everyday AI capabilities.

  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and internal clients to identify opportunities, translate business needs into technology solutions, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

  • Plan and manage budgets, resources, vendor relationships, contracts, and strategic investments while ensuring service obligations, projects, and operational commitments are achieved within established targets.

  • Lead organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption programs that maximize utilization and value realization from digital workplace and AI investments.

  • Analyze customer, workforce, and business requirements, determine priorities, allocate resources, and optimize service delivery to improve employee productivity and experience.

  • Drive vendor governance, commercial negotiations, contract optimization, and strategic partnerships to ensure accountability, innovation, and business value realization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree (MBA or related field).

  • LOMA certification or equivalent industry certification.

  • AI, Digital Workplace, Product Management, or IT Service Management certifications.

Work Experience

Required

  • 10+ years of Information Technology leadership experience with emphasis on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot, Collaboration Services, End User Computing, Workplace Engineering, Digital Employee Experience, and related technologies.

  • 7+ years of management, technical leadership, and supervisory experience leading global technology organizations and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing enterprise Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, and AI transformation strategies.

Skills and Abilities

Required

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration technologies, enterprise communication platforms, workplace services, and productivity ecosystems.

  • Strong experience establishing and measuring workforce experience programs using XLAs, adoption metrics, productivity analytics, and experience management frameworks.

  • Highly advanced project, portfolio, and program management skills with demonstrated success delivering large-scale global initiatives on time and within budget.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology investments and capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

  • Proven people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build, mentor, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

  • Advanced analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects, product teams, and strategic initiatives simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, stakeholders, and business leaders across a global organization.

  • Strong vendor management, supplier governance, contract negotiations, and commercial management experience.

  • Ability to adapt rapidly to changing technologies, business priorities, and organizational needs.

  • Passion for innovation, employee experience transformation, digital workplace modernization, and AI adoption.

Preferred

  • Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions, Copilot adoption programs, and intelligent workplace capabilities.

  • Experience leading Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Employee Experience (EX), or Experience Level Agreement (XLA) programs.

  • Experience managing workplace technologies including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, AV solutions, digital signage, and workplace experience platforms.

  • Demonstrated success leading global workplace transformations, operating model redesign, and product-led organizations.

  • Experience negotiating enterprise software, hardware, SaaS, and managed service agreements.

  • Insurance industry experience.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Nexthink, WalkMe, Tanium, Intune, and digital workplace experience platforms.

Compensation Range:

$107,060.00 - $159,390.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
