Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Technical and Corporate Services, youwill providestrategicleadership, direction and coordination of transformation and initiatives across the department. This includes business and operational planning and reporting, oversight for agency governance related to Ministry Agencies, Boards and Commissions, ministry emergency planning and facility and accommodation planning. You will also lead the development and enhancement of evaluation and process improvement initiatives across the ministry. Your excellent communication, engagement and relationship skills will ensure your success working with internal and external complex stakeholders. As an executive leader you will contribute to the achievement of the divisional business plan and goals, as well as ensure integration with other branches for overall division success.
Success in this role calls for a progressive leader with a background that includes significant related senior management leadership experience. You can demonstrate the ability collaborate and to influence change across multiple areas without direct authority. You bring a strong understanding of business and operational planning, governance practices as well as change management experience. You bring demonstrated strategic planning and corporate service leadership such as emergency planning and accommodations as well as an ability to work effectively with stakeholders to manage diverse expectations and interests. A respected leader with experience leading staff, you are committed to building strong lines of communication and trust, and empowering your teams to achieve results through performance excellence.
A related degree is preferred.
$5,896.65 - $7,749.28 bi-weekly ($153,902.57 - $202,256.21 annually)
