This role gives you a front-row seat to modernizing digitization, workflow, and data distribution across regions. You will partner closely with business and client-facing teams to improve outcomes and reduce operational friction. As a Co-Head of Digital Documentation Services in Commercial and Investment Bank Operations, Digital Document Services, you will lead a global organization supporting the Americas, Europe (including the Middle East and Africa), and Asia Pacific. You will operate in a true partnership model with shared accountability for strategy, performance, risk and controls, and people leadership, while presenting a unified leadership voice to the team and key partners. You will set the operating rhythm, align priorities, and ensure seamless leadership coverage while improving digitization, workflow management, storage and archiving, and data distribution. We will rely on you to deliver measurable improvements in client experience, efficiency, and well-controlled execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Co-lead the global Digital Documentation Services organization with shared accountability for strategy, performance, risk and controls, and people leadership
  • Set a clear operating rhythm through joint planning, regular check-ins, and transparent reporting to drive consistent execution
  • Partner with business and functional leaders and client-facing teams to meet customer needs and plan for growth and expansion
  • Oversee end-to-end documentation services including capture and digitization, signature verification, workflow management, storage and archiving, and data distribution
  • Implement a common operating model for the client documentation lifecycle across people, process, and technology while meeting regulatory expectations
  • Establish success measures and reporting tied to service level agreements, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators to drive decisions and improvements
  • Strengthen governance, audit readiness, and control discipline through clear procedures, ownership, and timely issue closure
  • Drive simplification, re-engineering, and transformation outcomes with a clear return on investment and sustained adoption
  • Identify trends and opportunities in document digitization through client feedback, pipeline insights, and industry relationships
  • Deliver innovation and new capabilities that improve quality, client outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Develop talent through coaching, disciplined delegation, succession planning, and leadership continuity across the organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10 years of work experience in operations, program management, or client experience disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Proven ability to lead products, programs, projects, and teams with clear accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with focus on risk mitigation and efficiency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing across levels and functions through partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical, performance, operational risk, and accounting concepts for senior audiences
  • Strong written communication skills with clear, structured messaging
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking capability across competing demands
  • High attention to detail with disciplined follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to define and manage performance objectives, standards, and service outcomes aligned to control expectations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows, including experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-driven solutions to achieve scalable process improvements and strategic objectives
  • Experience leading teams through the adoption and utilization of AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, well-controlled execution through coaching, change adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading multi-region global service teams and operating model design across complex stakeholder groups
  • Experience building performance scorecards and driving continuous improvement tied to client experience, utilization, and productivity outcomes
  • Experience strengthening audit readiness through evidence standards, governance routines, and disciplined control execution
