The Executive Director-Clinical Care Integration will lead the implementation of playbook initiatives to achieve success in value-based care performance. This role involves facilitating various programs and projects to drive Mercy playbook performance, requiring collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Ministry performance divisions for transformational change aligned with the Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience. The Executive Director will facilitate diverse cross-functional and cross-community teams focused on ministry and population health programs. They will work closely with senior and executive leaders, providing data, analysis, and tools to identify issues, make informed decisions, and implement action plans to achieve playbook goals.
This position is hybrid/onsite in Chesterfield, MO
Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration.
Experience 5 years of experience in leadership or healthcare.
Preferred
Education Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration
Experience in population health or value-based care.
