As the Executive Director, Business & Data Analytics – Voice of the Member, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of USAA’s member feedback survey programs and advanced analytics capabilities that transform member insights into meaningful business outcomes, and the research enablement function that supports research and feedback program execution. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the survey and analytics functions linked to member feedback, including program design, information strategy and architecture, data management, information governance, analytics and insights delivery, and business intelligence support.
You will shape both the short-term and long-term analytics strategy for the Voice of the Member program, ensuring data-driven decision-making is embedded across the enterprise. Partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will establish priorities, drive innovation and modernization of our performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights that enhance member experience, strengthen operational performance, and support strategic business objectives.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will champion the use of member feedback data to identify emerging trends, and influence enterprise decisions. This leader will foster a high-performing analytics organization while advancing data governance, analytics maturity, and scalable insight delivery capabilities that create measurable value for members and the business.
This role is Remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $195,230-$351,410.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Long Term Incentive Plan: Cash payment for Executive level roles only, representing a cash payment which is both time and performance based.
