Asbury Grace Park, part of the nationally recognized Asbury Communities family, is a welcoming, person-centered senior living community located in Stroudsburg, PA. An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Director to lead our 90-bed Personal Care community, Grace Park. This key leadership role ensures exceptional resident care, coordinates across departments, and upholds the mission of Grace Park by fostering a supportive, engaged, and thriving environment.

This vibrant Pennsylvania-based retirement community offers a full continuum of care, including independent living (cottages and apartments), personal care, memory care, and respite services—all designed to provide residents with comfort, security, and true peace of mind.

💰Compensation range: $110k - $140k annually , plus generous incentive opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain accountability for all departments and outcomes.
  • Lead and support department heads; delegate responsibilities appropriately and ensure competence.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and staffing plans.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries and resident/family concerns.
  • Foster a resident-first culture focused on dignity, wellness, and community.
  • Represent the community professionally in both internal and external relationships.
  • Promote staff development and morale through coaching, communication, and leading by example.
  • Actively participate in strategic initiatives and community engagement.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in senior living.
  • Active Licensed Personal Care Administrator
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to inspire and empower teams toward shared goals.
  • Passion for senior care and a commitment to person-centered service.
