IHC is committed to expanding access to safe, stable, and affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families through public housing, Housing Choice Vouchers, and community-based housing initiatives. Operating with a strong focus on fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and resident impact, IHC partners with local governments, funders, and community organizations to preserve and strengthen affordable housing opportunities that support long-term community stability.

  • Technically savvy with proficiency in PHA management software – we use Yardi
  • Confident and elegant communication style with the ability to articulate ideas to governments, developers, financial partners, and non-profits
