Position Details

• Position Title: Executive Director
• Location: Reno, NV
• Experience: Senior Living experience preferred
• Licenses: NV required, operator willing to help
• Compensation: $140,000 per year, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Experience in the role of an Executive Director for assisted living, senior living, or memory care communities.
• open to promoting BOM or sales director
• Willing to obtain a NV license
• Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
• Strong census/sales orientation and experience navigating competitive markets preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and staff-related tasks including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
• Ensure quality care for all residents
• Facilitate communication with resident families
• Assure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and implement operations budget
• Develop and carry out marketing strategies focused on census growth
